The One Alaska Cruise You Can Still Take This Summer - Your Mileage May Vary

The 2020 Alaska cruise season had been questionable since mid-May, when the CDC put a “pause” to all large cruise ships through the end of July, due to COVID-19. However, it was deemed dead in the water after Canada’s announcement about cruise ships in late May. There were (and are) still ways to enter Alaska (5th article down), but some people go on Alaska cruises because, besides wanting to see Alaska, they want to cruise. So there was, understandably, a lot of disappointment.

Fortunately, there’s still a way to have the best of both worlds…

UnCruise Adventures is a U.S.-flagged, small-ship adventure company. They have recently announced they will resume their Alaska sailings on August 1.
