Small Ship Operator UnCruise in Hawaii is Big News | QuirkyCruise
UnCruise Adventures commenced Hawaii sailings aboard the 36-passenger Safari Explorer as the state’s sole cruise operator for now.
Big ship lines have to wait until 2022.
UnCruise began service in late November after its safety and operations team worked with state and county management, including coordinating closely with the Hawaii Department of Transportation and the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources.
The company requires 100 percent COVID-19 vaccination and testing for crew and passengers — no exceptions for kids, religious beliefs, etc.
